If you have used Facebook Login or connected your Facebook account with Wolfsync and wish to delete your data, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to our support team with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the following details:
Your full name
Email address used with Wolfsync
Facebook User ID (if available)
Reason for data deletion (optional)

If you remove Wolfsync from your Facebook account settings, your data will be automatically scheduled for deletion from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
Upon successful verification of your request, we will delete:
Social media account access tokens
Connected Facebook Pages and permissions
Stored analytics and insights
Any personal information linked to your account
Some non-identifiable or legally required records may be retained for compliance purposes only.
Data deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
